We understand that our customers might have a million and one questions when deciding who to use for their bouncy castle hire in Ipswich, so here are a few frequently asked questions to hopefully put your mind at rest:

Q - What areas do you deliver to?

A - We hire out to a number of areas in and around Ipswich. If you are not sure then take a look at a list of Delivery Areas here.

Q - Can I hire a bouncy castle indoors?

A - Definitely, we supply sandbags to weigh the castle down, we often hire out bouncy castles in a number of different indoor venues.

Q - Can I hire a castle in the winter?

A - Yes, we are available all year round for hire, during the months of October to March we will only hire indoors.

Q - When do I pay?

A - We require payment on delivery of the unit once it has been set up by our team. We can accept cash or card.

Q - Are your inflatables safe?

A - Yes, We only purchase our inflatables from reputable companies who manufacture them in the UK and comply to BSEN14690 standards. Our inflatables are also safety tested every year by professional and qualified people.

Q - What happens if there is bad weather?

A - Unfortunately if the there is adverse weather we may have to cancel your booking at the last minute, this is purely for health and safety reasons as inflatables cannot be used with wind speeds above 24mph, prolonged heavy rain, snow and ice if outdoors and in extreme heat where a threat to life warning has been issued. We will refund any payments in these circumstances and try our best to re book for you to minimise the disappointment.

Q - Do I have to sign anything when I hire from you?

A - We will need you to agree to our Terms and Conditions, this can be done while booking online or on the day with our staff.

Q - I'm not sure if the inflatable will fit, what can I do?

A - Measurements can be found in the product description, we ask that 1 meter extra is clear all around the inflatable to allow for movement and safety. If you are unsure on this please give us a call on 07376398072, we may be able to carry out a free pre booking check.

Q - Can I book multiple items from you for an event?

A - Please do! If you cannot find what your looking for then get in touch and we will do our best to help out, keep an eye out for any deals we might have on the website.

Q - Do you have any steps to minimise the risk of COVID?

A - We wipe down our products at the start and end of each hire with disinfectant, as well as being cleaned on a regular basis. We can also offer a non contact delivery and contactless payments to keep your mind at rest.
